Barry and Ann Saunders from Tarralea Grove have over 200 olive trees and an olive processing machine. They produce gold award-winning olive oil and also press olives for other locals. They re-use the olive sludge as compost for their trees. Barry not only competes for awards but is also a judge due to his knowledge of olive oils.
