Committee Member Nominations
Committee Nominations to be submitted not later than 30th April 2026 (Nomination and Consent by Nominee).
However, when there have not been any formally submitted nominations, the committee roles will be available for self-nomination and member voting at the actual AGM.
Each year we have some committee members stepping down and we welcome you to volunteer yourself or to nominate anyone that you think would be suitable.
It will be great to have some new blood and fresh ideas around the table, as we plan ways to add more value, fun and facilitate networking events.
If you wish to nominate for a position on the committee, please submit your nomination no later than 6pm on 30th April 2026.
As per our constitution all positions within our committee will also become vacant and available to all to nominate at our annual AGM.
To submit a nomination, whether it be for the next AGM or to express interest in joining the committee when there is an available position, please use the below form.
The nomination must be received by the secretary no later than 28 days before the date of the meeting at which the positions are to be determined.

If you are happy to Volunteer in ANY position that is available, select all of the positions that you are willing to serve in, and you will then be voted in or allocated to the area of most need, depending on availability and other volunteer applications. If you are only interested in one specific position, please select only that position.
